HOPE!! Many people in New York city feel like the children of Israel in 700b.c. They were in a situation that looked bleak and without hope. God spoke to the prophet Jeremiah with a message for the people saying God has a plan to give you a hope and a future. This message is repeated to the many homeless and poor in Manhattan and on Long Island today.

The message comes from Pastor Diane Dunne and the Hope for the Future team who present it by:

• Supplying food to the poor in The Lower East Side of Manhattan as well as Farmingdale and Hempstead on Long Island.
• Taking hot meals, food supplies and washing materials to the homeless in Manhattan.
• Holding Church services on the sidewalk until a building can be found.

Hope for the Future is more than another charity giving food to the needy. The ministry works to meet both physical and spiritual needs. It is now impossible to count the number of people who have become Christians through the work of the ministry and with nearly 1000 hot meals supplied each week who can count the people who have been affected physically?
